| Lynn works in natural materials, mainly
wood and marble and mostly creates bioform abstract sculptures. Out of solid
formless stone he depicts tension in repose, and imbues sculptures with
a contemplative inner force. Line, mass and form are the elements, or the
sculpture in relation to its surroundings is important. The aim is towards
simplicity and purity. He trained at the Ruth Prowse School of Art in Cape
